We ship from the UK within 24 hours of your order. Most UK orders arrive in 2–4 working days, tracked and insured.
Any hardware fault that isn't user damage — battery health below 80%, screen artefacts, keyboard or trackpad failure, port issues, wake-from-sleep faults, or anything else that stops the MacBook working as we sold it. We cover return shipping both ways and either repair or replace the unit.
Just reply to your order confirmation email (or contact us via the site) within 90 days with a short description and a video or photo if relevant. We send a pre-paid return label, fix or swap the unit, and ship it back to you. Most claims are turned around in 5–7 working days.
Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, cracked screens), cosmetic wear that matches the condition tier you bought, and any work done by a third-party repairer after you receive the laptop. Battery cycle counts are also excluded once normal usage takes them below 80% naturally — but our refurbs ship at near-full health.
Try it for 30 days from delivery. If it's not for you for any reason, send it back in the original packaging and we'll refund the full purchase price (minus a small fee only if the laptop comes back with new damage). Just email us and we'll send a return label.
